When they're clinically appropriate and approved by Dr Naifeh, these therapies can be added to your plan — combined or adjusted over time based on how you respond. Every one is prescribed only after lab work and a full evaluation, never automatically.

B12 & vitamin injections
B12 and vitamin injection therapy available to members as a supporting option within the membership.
Therapies are prescribed and dispensed by our licensed pharmacy partners when clinically appropriate. Regal Weight Loss is a medical referral service; the patient/provider relationship is formed through Superior Healthcare.

The $150/month membership (3-month minimum, then month-to-month) is flat and covers the whole program — plan, lab work, medical evaluation, coaching, weekly check-ins, and 24/7 support. Medications and injection therapies, when prescribed, are priced separately at member pricing, with free shipping and supplies included. You pay the flat membership for the program, and member pricing only for the therapies you actually use.
That's about $5 a day for the full program — less than a typical DFW gym membership, and less than a single visit with an independent nutritionist.
