At Regal, the program is the membership — a custom plan, complete lab work, medical evaluation, certified nutritional coaching, and weekly accountability. GLP-1 therapy, lipotropic shots, and other medications are tools we add when they fit your plan, never the thing you're buying. It's medical weight loss in Fort Worth, Mesquite, and Grand Prairie — plus virtual anywhere in Texas — overseen by Dr Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC.

3-month minimum. Then month-to-month, cancel anytime. The program is the product.
Most weight loss clinics sell you a medication or a package. Regal works the other way around. You're not buying a drug — you're joining a program that decides, with you, which tools belong in your plan. The coaching, the nutrition, the lab work, and the medical oversight are the constant. Medication is a variable we add when it fits. That's why the membership is worth it even for members who never fill a single prescription.
Custom plan, complete lab work, medical evaluation by Dr Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC, certified nutritional coaching, weekly accountability, and 24/7 support. This is what you're actually joining — and it works with or without medication.
GLP-1 therapy, lipotropic shots, appetite suppressants, and B12 — prescribed only when clinically appropriate, after your labs and evaluation. Added to the plan as tools, at member pricing, dispensed by our licensed pharmacy partners.
The GLP-1 rebound effect is well documented: lose weight on medication alone and it often comes back when you stop. Leading with coaching and behavior change is what makes the loss hold. The medication supports the program — not the other way around.
No two Regal plans are identical, because no two members are. Three things shape what your consultant and Dr Naifeh build for you:
How much you want to lose, your timeline, what you've tried before, and how you actually live. Your plan is built to fit your life, not a template.
Complete lab work and a full medical-history review establish what's safe and what's likely to work for your body — before anything is prescribed.
A medical evaluation by Dr Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC turns your goals and your labs into an approved, personalized protocol — and adjusts it over time as you respond.

When they're clinically appropriate and approved by Dr Naifeh, these therapies can be added to your plan — combined or adjusted over time based on how you respond. Every one is prescribed only after lab work and a full evaluation, never automatically.
The GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy behind today's most effective medical weight loss — prescribed when appropriate and paired with the coaching that makes the results last.
Lipotropic injections offered as a supporting therapy alongside your nutrition plan and medical oversight, at member pricing when prescribed.
Prescription appetite suppressant therapy added when clinically appropriate as one tool within your coaching-led plan.
B12 and vitamin injection therapy available to members as a supporting option within the membership.
Therapies are prescribed and dispensed by our licensed pharmacy partners when clinically appropriate. Regal Weight Loss is a medical referral service; the patient/provider relationship is formed through Superior Healthcare.
The $150/month membership (3-month minimum, then month-to-month) is flat and covers the whole program — plan, lab work, medical evaluation, coaching, weekly check-ins, and 24/7 support. Medications and injection therapies, when prescribed, are priced separately at member pricing, with free shipping and supplies included. You pay the flat membership for the program, and member pricing only for the therapies you actually use.
That's about $5 a day for the full program — less than a typical DFW gym membership, and less than a single visit with an independent nutritionist.
The Regal Membership is the program, not an add-on. Here's exactly what's in it — and what member pricing covers when a therapy is prescribed.
The membership earns its keep with or without a single prescription.
