GLP-1 weight loss injections, lipotropic shots, appetite suppressants, and structured nutritional coaching — all under one roof on E Main Street, a block from City Hall and next door to The Uptown Theater. All medically supervised by our provider Eric Naifeh, FNP, with collaborating-physician oversight. Proudly women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly, serving Grand Prairie, Arlington, Oak Cliff, Mansfield, Irving, and the wider DFW area.
Our Grand Prairie clinic sits in the heart of historic downtown Grand Prairie on E Main Street — next door to The Uptown Theater and a block from City Hall and the Farmers Market. It's the kind of block where you'll see the neon glow of the marquee on your way out, and where the office itself feels closer to a neighborhood practice than to a clinic. We're proudly women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly, and that's reflected in how we run things.
The downtown GP location is easy to reach from most of the western Metroplex. You're just south of I-30 and just east of the President George Bush Turnpike, which puts the office about fifteen minutes from Arlington, twenty from Oak Cliff, twenty from Mansfield, and fifteen from Irving — close enough that "I'll just swing by on my lunch break" works for a lot of our members. Free, easy parking at City Hall and on the surrounding downtown blocks; you won't be circling for a spot.
Our Grand Prairie office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — 9 AM to 5 PM. That's a deliberate cadence, not a limitation: it's how we make sure every in-person visit gets unhurried attention, while the rest of the week stays full of weekly check-ins, member messaging, and 24/7 AI support. You're never more than a few hours from a response, even on the days the office is closed.
And the work itself is the same as it is anywhere else in the Regal practice: real coaching, real medical oversight, real nutritional guidance — the structure around the medications that turns weight loss into lasting change. The downtown Grand Prairie office is just where this city's clients get to do it. Arlington, Oak Cliff, Mansfield, and Irving are all part of the radius we plan around.
Regal Weight Loss is a Grand Prairie medical weight loss center — part of the Regal practice that's been serving Dallas-Fort Worth since 2016. Our downtown Grand Prairie office, on E Main Street next to The Uptown Theater, brings the same coaching-led program to the west side of the Metroplex. With oversight from our medical provider Eric Naifeh, FNP, we offer the full range of evidence-based weight loss tools — GLP-1 injections, lipotropic and B12 shots, appetite suppressants, and HCG protocols — all combined with structured nutritional coaching led by our lead consultant Paris. See what's includedGLP-1 receptor agonists have transformed medical weight loss over the past several years. At Regal Weight Loss in Grand Prairie, we've been prescribing GLP-1 therapy under medical supervision since the early days of the GLP-1 era — well before these medications became household names. Our lead consultant Paris works closely with our medical provider, Eric Naifeh, FNP, to make sure every GLP-1 protocol is appropriate for the patient in front of her.
GLP-1s mimic a hormone your body naturally produces after eating. They slow gastric emptying (helping you feel full longer), reduce appetite signals to the brain, and improve insulin sensitivity. There are several different GLP-1 protocols available today, each with different mechanisms and dosing approaches — and no two patients respond identically. That's why Eric Naifeh, FNP personally evaluates your labs, medical history, and goals before any specific GLP-1 protocol is prescribed.
The market is flooded with online services that will ship GLP-1 medications to your door with little more than a brief intake form. The problem with that model isn't the medications themselves — it's everything missing around them:
Every new patient pursuing GLP-1 therapy at our Grand Prairie clinic completes a full medical intake, baseline lab work, and a one-on-one consultation with Paris, our lead consultant and weight loss coach. Eric Naifeh, FNP reviews your labs and history — with collaborating-physician oversight in accordance with Texas requirements — before any medication is prescribed. Once cleared, you'll receive your customized starting protocol with dosing, scheduling, supply guidance, and a nutritional foundation to work from.

Not every weight loss patient is a GLP-1 candidate, and even those who are often benefit from supportive injections. Our Grand Prairie clinic offers a full range of lipotropic weight loss injections, B12 shots, and our proprietary LipoStat skinny shot — designed to support fat metabolism, energy, and overall wellness.
Lipotropic injections — sometimes called "MIC injections" — contain a combination of compounds that help your liver process and metabolize fat more efficiently. The classic formulation includes methionine, inositol, and choline (the "MIC"), often combined with B-vitamins for energy support. Many patients receive these injections weekly as part of an ongoing weight loss program, either alongside GLP-1 therapy or as a standalone protocol.
The LipoStat skinny shot is our proprietary lipotropic formulation, enhanced with additional fat-burning compounds and B12 for energy. Many of our Grand Prairie patients use LipoStat as their primary weight loss injection when they're not on GLP-1s, or as a complement to their GLP-1 protocol for added metabolic support.
Vitamin B12 plays a critical role in energy metabolism, nerve function, and red blood cell formation. Many adults — especially those on weight loss protocols — benefit from supplemental B12 injections to combat fatigue, support metabolism, and maintain energy levels during caloric restriction.
Weight loss injections are appropriate for:
Phentermine has been an FDA-approved appetite suppressant for over 60 years and remains one of the most widely prescribed weight loss medications in the United States. At our Grand Prairie clinic, we offer phentermine and other clinically appropriate appetite suppressants as part of a structured medical weight loss program — never as a standalone solution.
Phentermine works on the central nervous system to reduce hunger and increase satiety, making it easier to maintain a calorie deficit while you're building new eating habits. It's typically prescribed for short-term use (12 weeks or less) and works best when combined with nutritional coaching and lifestyle change.
Phentermine is appropriate for patients with a BMI of 30 or higher (or 27+ with weight-related health conditions) who don't have contraindications such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, history of heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or glaucoma. Eric Naifeh, FNP reviews your medical history and labs to determine candidacy before prescribing.
This is one of the most common questions we hear in Grand Prairie. The straight answer: it depends on your goals, medical history, budget, and timeline. Phentermine tends to be lower-cost, fast-acting, and best suited for short-term use. GLP-1 therapy tends to produce larger long-term weight loss, has additional metabolic benefits, and can be sustained for longer periods. Some patients use both at different phases of their weight loss journey. We'll help you figure out what fits your situation during your free consultation.
If we had to point to one thing that separates Regal Weight Loss from every "ship-the-meds-and-disappear" service that's popped up in DFW over the past few years, it would be this: nutrition coaching is the foundation, not an afterthought.
Every medication we offer — GLP-1 therapy, phentermine, lipotropic shots — is a tool that helps you eat less, burn more efficiently, or feel fuller. None of them teach you how to eat. And if you don't change how you eat, here's what happens: you take the medication, you lose some weight, you plateau or eventually stop the medication, and the weight comes back. Often more of it. This is the GLP-1 rebound effect that has become almost cliché in the medical weight loss world.
Our lead consultant, Paris, has been with Regal Weight Loss since 2019 and has guided thousands of Texans through their weight loss journeys at our Grand Prairie office. She doesn't hand you a printed meal plan and wish you luck. The work is built around understanding:
From there, Paris builds a plan that's actually feasible for your life — not a copy-paste template. The plan adjusts as your results, schedule, and goals evolve. That's why our clients stay, and why their results last.
GLP-1 medications reduce appetite — sometimes dramatically. That sounds great, but it creates a problem most patients aren't warned about: protein intake drops, muscle mass declines, and metabolic rate drops with it. A patient losing 30 pounds on GLP-1 therapy without nutritional guidance is often losing far more muscle than they should, which makes the inevitable plateau worse and the rebound worse. Working with a nutritionist while on GLP-1s is what protects your long-term metabolic health.
After nearly a decade of building custom weight loss programs for DFW clients, we've launched a streamlined membership that bundles everything we've learned matters most — for one flat monthly fee.
Most weight loss services today emphasize convenience — fast intake, meds delivered to your door, member pricing. That's a real win, and we offer all of it. The Regal Membership keeps that convenience and adds what makes the loss stick: the coaching, the medical oversight, and the people who keep you on track week after week.
The Regal Membership is built on a different idea: the program itself is the product. The coaching, the medical oversight, the nutritional guidance, the weekly accountability, the resources, the 24/7 support — that's what you're joining. It's the work that turns intention into results, and it has standalone value before a single medication ever enters the picture.
For $150/month with a 3-month minimum, your membership is the program: a custom plan built around your goals, complete lab work and medical evaluation by our provider, ongoing nutritional coaching with Paris, weekly check-ins, 24/7 AI support and member resources between visits — the structure, the guidance, and the people who keep you on track. If medications fit your protocol, you'll also get member pricing on every product we offer with free shipping and supplies included. But the coaching is what you're paying for; product pricing is just one of the perks that comes with being inside the program.
Non-members can still purchase products from us at standard pricing — but they're buying a product, not joining a program. None of the coaching, oversight, or accountability comes with it.
If you'd rather just buy products without the program around them, you can — at non-member pricing. Here's exactly what the program is, side by side with what you'd be skipping.
Our Grand Prairie office runs on the same model as the rest of Regal: a licensed medical provider for the clinical work, and a dedicated consultant for the coaching, accountability, and nutritional guidance that turn medication into results. At a women-owned practice in historic downtown GP, those two roles aren't a marketing pairing — they're who you'll actually work with every visit. More about our Grand Prairie team and practice →

He practices under a collaborating physician in accordance with Texas requirements — the layer of medical oversight that ensures every prescription is the right one for the patient. Every dosing decision and protocol adjustment passes through clinical review.
