Serving Benbrook & Aledo, TX

From the west side to our Fort Worth office — it depends how far west.

From Benbrook: take I-20 east to I-35W north toward downtown. Our office at 1917 Hemphill St, Suite 100 is in the Near Southside, a few minutes west of the freeway. For most of Benbrook it's about 15–20 minutes, traffic depending, which makes weekly in-person check-ins realistic.

From Aledo: head east on I-20 into Fort Worth, then take I-30 or I-35W toward downtown. Plan on about 25–30 minutes. That's fine for an occasional visit, but it's a lot to ask every week, so many people out in Parker County are better served by the virtual program, with an in-person visit when they're already in town.

Along the way: the same drive covers the west and southwest Fort Worth neighborhoods next to Benbrook, including Ridglea Hills and Wedgwood, which are usually about 15 minutes from our office.

Whichever you choose, the program is the same: the same custom plan, the same medical oversight, and the same weekly coaching, with prescribed medication shipped to your door if you go virtual.

🔄

Your plan, not a prescription

Lab work, a nutrition plan built around your real life, and weekly accountability come first. Medication is added only when it's clinically right for you.

Coaching-led, not mail-order

What the program actually includes.

Medication is one tool. The program is the coaching, the nutrition, the lab work, and real medical oversight around it, and that's what Benbrook & Aledo clients get whether they come in or join from home.

Medical oversight. Every plan starts with complete lab work and a health-history review. Our medical director, Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC, evaluates each patient and approves the treatment plan, with collaborating-physician oversight in accordance with Texas requirements.

Coaching and nutrition. Our consultants, led by Chief Consultant Paris, build a nutrition plan around your real life and meet with you every week. That weekly check-in is where most of the progress happens.

Medication, when it fits. GLP-1 therapy, lipotropic injections, appetite suppressants, and B12 are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. Read our GLP-1 weight loss guide or compare our programs.
