Where can Mansfield residents get medical weight loss?
Mansfield doesn't have a Regal office, but it sits between two of ours. Which one makes sense depends on where you live in town and where your week already takes you.

How is medical weight loss different from another diet?
Most people who look into medical weight loss have already tried several diets. They usually worked for a while. The problem was what came next: hunger that never let up, a plateau, then the weight coming back. A medical program is designed for exactly that pattern.
A diet
One set of rules for everyone. Hunger is treated as a willpower problem. No one checks in, and nothing changes when it stops working.
A medical program
Starts with your health history and labs. Hunger is treated as biology, sometimes with medication. A consultant checks in weekly and the plan changes when your body does.
Even moderate weight loss pays off. The NIDDK suggests that losing 5% of your body weight over six months may be a good first goal: for someone who weighs 200 pounds, that's 10 pounds. In people at risk of type 2 diabetes, losing 5% to 7% may help prevent or delay it.
Which treatments might be part of your plan?
Your plan is decided after your evaluation. These are the tools Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC, our Medical Director, can choose from:
- GLP-1 medication. Semaglutide or tirzepatide, usually as a once-weekly injection (semaglutide also comes as a daily tablet). They reduce appetite and slow digestion. In tirzepatide's main FDA trial, people on the highest dose lost an average of 20.9% of their body weight over 72 weeks, compared with 3.1% on placebo, alongside diet and exercise. Read more in our GLP-1 weight loss guide.
- LipoStat® Skinny Shots. A B12 lipotropic injection with B6, choline and amino acids, used alongside the nutrition plan. See lipotropic injections.
- Prescription appetite suppressants. Phentermine is prescribed only after an in-person visit at our Mesquite office, never by telehealth alone. For Mansfield clients that means a trip across the Metroplex, so most start with other options.
- Hormone care. If perimenopause or low testosterone is part of the picture, ask about women's hormone care or testosterone therapy.
- SculpSure body contouring for stubborn areas once you're closer to your goal.
GLP-1 medications aren't prescribed if you or a family member have had medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, or during pregnancy. Our contraindications guide covers the full screening list.

How do you fit a weight loss plan into a Mansfield schedule?
A lot of Mansfield families live on the road: commutes up 287 or 360, practices and games after school, weekends at someone else's house. Plans that only work on a quiet week fall apart fast. Here's what we build into plans for clients with packed schedules:
- Check-ins that travel.Do your weekly check-in by video at lunch, by phone in the car (parked), or by WhatsApp in the evening.
- Two default breakfasts and lunches.Decision fatigue is real. A short list of protein-forward meals you can repeat makes busy weeks automatic.
- A drive-through plan. You will eat on the run sometimes. Knowing your best order at the places you actually pass beats pretending you won't.
- Ballpark and sideline snacks.Pack water and a protein option for long practices so you're not choosing from the concession stand hungry.
- A weekend reset. One slower meal-prep window on Sunday covers most of the week.
What happens after you book a free consultation?
- The consultation.Free and no-obligation, in Fort Worth, in Grand Prairie, or virtually. You talk through goals, history and options, and pricing is explained. Regal is self-pay, and many clients use HSA or FSA funds.
- Your medical evaluation.Health history, current medications and labs, reviewed by Eric Naifeh. Medication is prescribed only when it's clinically appropriate.
- Your plan, in writing.A nutrition plan and, if prescribed, medication instructions plus written protocols for nausea, constipation and fatigue.
- Week one onward.A weekly check-in with your consultant, and dose changes only when you're tolerating the current one.
Most clients lose 20–40 lbs in their first 8–12 weeks*. Progress is tracked every week, so the plan can change if something isn't working.
*Individual results vary based on starting weight, adherence, medication response and lifestyle.
“Just WOW! I lost 36 pounds on my 10-week program! The coaching and check-ins made all the difference — I actually understood what I was doing this time.”

Is there a Regal Weight Loss office in Mansfield?
No. Mansfield clients use our Fort Worth office at 1917 Hemphill St, Suite 100, or our Grand Prairie office at 112 E Main St in historic downtown. Many choose virtual visits by video, phone or WhatsApp instead, which work anywhere in Texas and cover the full program, including GLP-1 prescriptions when appropriate.
Can I get semaglutide or tirzepatide without coming into an office?
Yes, if it's clinically appropriate. After a virtual consultation and medical evaluation, including your health history and labs, Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC decides whether a GLP-1 fits you. If it's prescribed, it ships to your home. Phentermine is the exception: it requires an in-person visit at our Mesquite office.
How much weight can I lose with medical weight loss?
It depends on your starting weight, your plan and how your body responds. Most Regal clients lose 20–40 lbs in their first 8–12 weeks*. In large FDA trials, GLP-1 medications produced average losses of about 15% to 21% of body weight over roughly a year and a half. *Individual results vary based on starting weight, adherence, medication response and lifestyle.
Do I have to give up eating out?
No. Your nutrition plan includes how to order at restaurants and drive-throughs, because that's real life in a busy suburb. On a GLP-1 you'll naturally want smaller portions; the plan helps you choose protein first and stop when you're satisfied, rather than when the plate is empty.
Does insurance cover Regal's program?
Regal is self-pay, so we don't bill insurance. Many clients pay with HSA or FSA funds. The cost depends on the plan and any medication that fits you, and it's explained clearly at your free consultation before you decide anything.
