Medical weight loss for Keller — virtual from home, or 30 minutes to Fort Worth.
By the Regal Weight Loss team · Medical oversight: Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC, Medical Director · Updated October 2026
Keller doesn't have a Regal office, and our Fort Worth office in the Near Southside is about 30–35 minutes away. So for most of Keller, the virtual program is the best fit, with an in-person visit whenever you're already in town. Either way you get a custom plan, complete lab work, medical oversight by Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC, weekly coaching, and GLP-1 therapy when it fits your plan.

Keller and Regal — built to work from home.
We'll be straight with you: from Keller, our office at 1917 Hemphill St, Suite 100 is usually 30–35 minutes away, taking I-35W south through downtown Fort Worth into the Near Southside, and longer at rush hour. That's a reasonable drive for a first visit or an occasional check-in. Every week, it's a lot to ask.
That's why the virtual program exists, and why it isn't a lighter version of the program. Keller clients get the same custom plan, the same lab work and medical evaluation, the same weekly one-on-one coaching by phone or video, and the same partner-pharmacy pricing, with prescribed medication shipped to your door.
You can mix the two however it suits you. For example, you might start with an in-person consultation to meet the team, then handle weekly check-ins from home and stop by the office when you're already headed south.
We also serve the neighboring north Tarrant County communities around Keller, including North Richland Hills and Watauga, the same way.

Real labs, real oversight
This isn't a mail-order shot. Every plan starts with lab work and a medical evaluation, and medication is added only when it's clinically right for you.
What the program actually includes.
Medication is one tool. The program is the coaching, the nutrition, the lab work, and real medical oversight around it, and that's what Keller clients get whether they come in or join from home.
Medical oversight. Every plan starts with complete lab work and a health-history review. Our medical director, Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC, evaluates each patient and approves the treatment plan, with collaborating-physician oversight in accordance with Texas requirements.
Coaching and nutrition. Our consultants, led by Chief Consultant Paris, build a nutrition plan around your real life and meet with you every week. That weekly check-in is where most of the progress happens.
Medication, when it fits. GLP-1 therapy, lipotropic injections, appetite suppressants, and B12 are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. Read our GLP-1 weight loss guide or compare our programs.
