Not near an office? Virtual care across Texas
You don't need to live in DFW to work with Regal. Clients across Texas meet their consultant and provider by video, phone or WhatsApp, with the same steps as an in-person client:
- Free consultation.Online or by phone, at the day and time you choose.
- Medical evaluation.Your health history and labs are reviewed before anything is prescribed, and medication is only prescribed when it's clinically appropriate.
- Your plan and weekly check-ins.A nutrition plan built around how you eat, and a consultant who checks in every week.
Clients in the Rio Grande Valley can start with our McAllen page; Spanish speakers can read telemedicina en Texas or nuestra página en español.
One exception: prescription appetite suppressants are only started after an in-person visit at the Mesquite office, never by telehealth alone.

How to choose between in person and virtual
Both work. The best choice is the one you'll keep up with every week, because consistency is what moves the scale.
| In person | Virtual | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | People who like a face-to-face routine and live near an office | Busy schedules, longer commutes, anywhere in Texas |
| Weekly check-ins | At the office, or by phone when life gets busy | Video, phone or WhatsApp |
| Medication options | All options, including appetite suppressants (Mesquite) | GLP-1 injections or pills and Skinny Shots, when appropriate |
| Getting started | Free consultation at the office | Free consultation by phone or video |
You can also mix them: many clients start in person and move to virtual check-ins once they have a rhythm.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first step is a free, no-obligation consultation with a Regal consultant. Expect a friendly conversation, not a sales pitch:
- Your goals, your weight history and what has or hasn't worked before.
- The program options that fit, including plans without medication.
- Whether a medical evaluation makes sense, and what it involves.
- Exactly what your plan would cost, before you commit to anything.
Bring a list of your current medications and any recent lab work if you have it. If you choose to start, a medical evaluation with Eric Naifeh, FNP, PMHNP, DC comes before any prescription.
“Fabulous team that cares very much about your health, your goals, and discusses what will best suit your lifestyle.”
